RIYADH:聽The 33rd Tanzania International Holy Qur鈥檃n Award competition, which featured 25 contenders from 25 countries, ended on Sunday.

The event, under the patronage of 海角直播 represented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, took place at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan, Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa, Saudi Islamic Ministry Undersecretary Sheikh Awad Al-Anazi, Saudi Ambassador to Tanzania Yahya bin Ahmed Okeish and ambassadors from Gulf, Arab and Islamic nations attended the closing ceremony.

Speaking on behalf of Islamic Minister Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Asheikh, Al-Anazi emphasized 海角直播鈥檚 dedication to serving the Holy Qur鈥檃n and supporting Muslims worldwide.

鈥淥ur presence today at the crowning ceremony of the winners of the Tanzania International Qur鈥檃n Award competition is an extension of the Kingdom鈥檚 journey and its blessed efforts in serving the Qur鈥檃n and Muslims, under the care and support of its leadership,鈥 he said.

The jury selected the top 10 winners, with this year鈥檚 competition distinguished by participants鈥 exceptional mastery of Qur鈥檃nic memorization and recitation.

Tanzania鈥檚 Grand Mufti and Supreme Islamic Council chairman Sheikh Abubakar Zubeir bin Ali praised the Kingdom鈥檚 role in sponsoring such events. He commended the level of competition, emphasizing its mission to highlight exceptional young talent in Qur鈥檃nic memorization.

Finalists expressed their gratitude for 海角直播鈥檚 unwavering support for the Holy Qur鈥檃n and its memorizers.

The competition inspires young people to memorize the Qur鈥檃n, promote Islamic values of tolerance, and honor those dedicated to preserving the holy book.

RIYADH: The General Entertainment Authority has launched the 鈥淓ntertainment Innovations鈥 program to boost creativity and innovation in 海角直播鈥檚 entertainment sector.

Aimed at empowering talent and entrepreneurs, the program helps develop solutions that enhance sector growth and global competitiveness, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.

Registration is now open for the program. More than 100 participants will form diverse teams supported by mentors and industry experts, the SPA added.

The program includes several phases: registration via the authority鈥檚 website, screening and team selection for a virtual bootcamp, and a three-day challenge culminating in final presentations before judges, where winners will be honored.

The program focuses on building business models, brand identity, prototypes, and go-to-market strategies, the SPA added.

It aims to turn creative ideas into sustainable projects aligned with the Kingdom鈥檚 entertainment development goals and foster collaboration among creators, investors, and experts.

The program targets three goals: promoting innovation in entertainment, attracting specialized talent in technology, design, and entrepreneurship, and expanding the pool of young creatives in the sector.

In total, SR300,000 ($80,000) in prizes and support packages worth more than $1 million will be awarded to the top three winners.
