Saudi Hajj minister meets Indian officials in Jeddah

The two ministers discussed plans for improving medical facilities to ensure the well-being of all pilgrims, along with other matters of mutual interest

JEDDAH: Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah met India’s Minister of Minority Affairs Smriti Irani in Jeddah on Sunday.

During the meeting, the Bilateral Hajj Agreement 2024 between India and ��ֱ�� was signed.

The two ministers also discussed plans for improving medical facilities to ensure the well-being of all pilgrims, along with other matters of mutual interest, Irani said on X.

India’s Minister of State for External Affairs V. Muraleedharan also took part in meeting, along with Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom Suhel Ajaz Khan and officials from both sides.
