DUBAI: The Arab Parliament is standing by º£½ÇÖ±²¥ in its stance against the Canadian Foreign Minister and the Canadian Embassy in the Kingdom, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Mishaal bin Fahmi Al-Salami, said Monday.
Al-Salami said Canada’s “negative and irresponsible†statements were a “blatant interference in the internal affairs of º£½ÇÖ±²¥, and contradict the principles of judicial independence and application of criminal justice.â€
He said provocative statements like these were a “great diplomatic failure†and contrary to the principle of the respect for the sovereignty of states.
