JEDDAH: Business communications provider Western Experts ����ֱ�� is hosting a series of virtual roundtables on sustainable development with students from King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh. The roundtables will be powered by real-time video communication solutions from Avaya.
Following the recent UN Day, and in collaboration with the UN division for sustainable development, this initiative aims to share best practices on social responsibility and sustainability.
The all-female initiative will help equip KSU students to address some of the world’s greatest challenges, including poverty and climate change, in line with the Vision 2030, the blueprint for the Kingdom’s future development.
“Together, Saudi women and men have achieved impressive development in just one year, and we’re proud to be part of a stronger, more collaborative Kingdom,” said Fadi Hani, vice president, Avaya Middle East, Africa and Turkey. “Through collaborative communications solutions, ambitious Saudi youth have been able to leverage global expertise from top institutes, straight from their offices and homes.”
