º£½ÇÖ±²¥

A photo exhibition on the Kingdom of º£½ÇÖ±²¥ consisting of rare photographs taken by Princess Alice, the granddaughter of Queen Victoria, during her visit to º£½ÇÖ±²¥ in 1938, has opened in the University of Aberdeen. The event, which was opened on Thursday and lasts until mid January, has been organized by King Abdulaziz Public Library Riyadh in cooperation with the University of Aberdeen.
Principal of the University of Aberdeen Ian Diamond lauded the cultural relations binding º£½ÇÖ±²¥ and the United Kingdom over the years. He welcomed the Saudi students on scholarships in Britain, particularly those studying at the University of Aberdeen.
Cultural Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in London, Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Mohanna Abalkhail, conveyed the greetings of Ambassador Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf to the guests and participants of the exhibition.
Abdulkareem Al-Zaid, deputy supervisor of King Abdulaziz Public Library Riyadh, said Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah had established this library to introduce º£½ÇÖ±²¥ to the world.
